2019 RPI RANKS 10.21.2019

Below are this week's RPI ratings and ranks, and other information, based on games played through Sunday, October 20.  The good news this week is that my ratings and ranks, the NCAA's, and AllWhiteKit's all match exactly (except for the occasional 0.0001 rating differences that always occur due to our systems having different rounding conventions).  The report shows the current ranges for seeds and at large selections, including which teams are locks for at large selections, based on experience over the last 12 years.
